Lough Carra Catchment Association Podcast
The Lough Carra Catchment Association (LCCA) was established in early 2018 and its goal is to restore, protect and conserve the ecological integrity of Lough Carra and its lakeshore habitats and to ensure the quality of drinking water from the lough. This podcast series is aimed at promoting the work of LCCA, by engaging in conversations with people who work hard to preserve the lake and its catchment.

Cilian is an expert on aquatic plants, with decades of experience in monitoring and securing Irish aquatic ecosystems. Padraig is from Ballintubber, Co Mayo, within the Lough Carra catchment area. Therefore, apart from being an expert in his field, he grew up close to the lake.
